Passionate About Environmental Performance
Dr. Tami Haase did her PhD in zoology with a research focus on behavioural ecology of marine mammals. She worked in academia and government for 10 years on a broad range of species before taking a role in industry to manage environmental services for construction of large scale mining projects. In this capacity she coordinated and worked with industry partners and stakeholders in the planning, mitigation and management control aspects of more than 30 studies/projects across five continents.
In 2016, Tami formed Convergent Solutions International with the vision to provide more project specific and tailored approaches to client's development and delivery of environmental management in industry.

Environmental systems are a complex web of interconnecting elements. Understanding how and why connections are drawn and optimising linkages is how environmental performance excellence is achieved.
Tami's background in research, government and industry gives her a unique experience profile to draw from and her ability to connect disparate areas of environmental components facilitates a consulting service rarely seen in today's market.
Convergent Solutions International aims to deliver a different perspective to the way in which companies approach environmental management. Their approach and drive for improved and effective execution strategies has been described as ‘bringing concepts to reality in the field’.
